OK, so finally I have a few clips strung together and I'll call it my "Reel". Yes I know I have about 30 clips on this page of various things, but this one is primarily me, put together for an awards show, so I'm using it! Lemmy know what you think.
The 2013 Salt Lake City 48 Hour Film Project.
We won "Best Film" overall.
This was a lot of fun and I got to work with a great group of folks I'd never even met B4. I was called at about 11pm Friday night and asked if I'd like to join the team. I was told that the script was written with me in mind to play the part of the mob boss. How could I turn that down?! Colin, was the one who called me and I had just met him the weekend B4 on another shoot. Funny how things just seem to work out. We took the win overall and our film then went on to compete nationally.
This would be rated "R" for language and violence..., be warned!

Hostage Negotiations 02/15/2011
This was posted less than 24 hours after shooting. The whole thing just came about at the last minute and was totally improvised on the spot. One take with 4 different cameras and this is only one of the cameras. I will re-post once we get a final edit, one where we have combined all the best footage.
I had such a great time with everyone involved with this. There is so much more to this story (not this clip). The events around what is actually happening at this house is pretty interesting all by itself. FYI, that is a real SWAT team in the clip, they were doing real training, with real explosives. They asked if someone could pretend to be the "bad guy" so I said I'd do it, and off we went...

Scene From Jack & Jen
Here is a film I was in 10/2009, called Jack & Jen. I got to work once again with Chris Morgan and his wonderful crew. They filmed this on a "Red" and best of all, I got to hang out with some great actors for a few days. Take a look and let me know what you think. This clip is just a sneak peak at the project and once you see the entire film, then you'll understand why this is such an important scene. Enjoy.

This was our entry for the 2010 Salt Lake City 48 Hour Film Project. We were voted one of the top 12 films overall and took the award for best costume. This was great fun and working with a great group of cast & crew made the win all that much more sweet. I hope you have as much fun watching this as we did making it.

"Special Delivery" 24 hour marathon, 3 minute short film contest
A 3 minute short film that had to be written, shot, edited and turned in within 24 hours. The theme was Charity, the prop was a rock, and the line of dialogue was, "I'm the one who...."
Scene 28 - rough cut
It's really a "rough cut" with no color correction or anything fancy schmancy. This is a project that we did in the spring & summer of 2009. I got to spend time with and get to know some really great people on set. This was a lot of fun and may actually get finished someday, we'll see. The experience and connections I made were all so very well worth the trip.
Gilded Scarab - Very "Film Noir"
Writer Frank Fisher finds himself being interrogated about an object that he professes to know nothing about. This film went from start to finish in about one week. We put it together for an online film contest, that we found out about last minute. It was a lot of fun to make. (2007)

Lifeless - Clip One
This was so much fun! It is from the first ever "Zombie" TV series called LIFELESS. I am very excited to be able to share it with you. I hope the series gets picked up because it is well done and the concept of the series is great. These guys really know how to leave the audience hanging at the end of the episode. The way it used to be done! Making the audience need to come back for more.

Una Vida Mejor - A Better Life
I had the pleasure of working as a co-producer and the radio voice on this one. The film was an official entry at the 2008 Cinequest film festival in San Jose, California, one of the worlds 10 largest film festivals. We won the "Special Jury Award".
The film is about illegal immigration and about choices. The film does not preach one way or the other, we let the audience decide for themselves. The movie got the audience's riled up and created sometimes heated discussions at the Q&A at the end of the screenings. It movie will surly get everyone talking about their own views on the subject.
